When we design a training plan, all lifestyle factors are investigated and included. We believe that health and wellbeing are impacted not only by fitness levels, but also strongly impacted by diet, stress levels, time management, circadian rhythm / sleep, and many other factors. We work with you to pinpoint areas that can be improved upon and create a reasonable and actionable plan to becoming your best self.

Training Plans: 1-month, 3-month, 6-month, and full year

Our expert trainers work with you to analyze your specific goals and tailor a personalized plan spanning 1-month, 3-month, 6-month, or full-year durations based upon your wellness needs and aspirations. Training plans can vary in length to ensure proper bodily adaptation, recovery and ensuring sustainable progress and lasting results. Joshua Myers

 

Wellness Coach, Nutritionist, Running Coach

B.S. Communication and Leadership


 Josh is a graduate from the University of Texas at Austin where he received his bachelor of science in Communications and Leadership while pursing his business minor and nutrition classes. During his time at UT, Josh was a member of the Texas Triathlon team. He consistently placed top in the conference qualifying 4 years in a row for the collegiate national championship and age group national championship races where he placed 33rd in the USA for men 20-24. He continues racing in local marathons recently placing 2nd and 3rd in age group. 

Luke de la Paz

 Certified Personal Trainer, Nutritionist

B.S. Advertising


Luke is a graduate from the University of Texas at Austin where he received his degree in Advertising. He then went on to continue his education in sports training and powerlifting where he obtained his personal training certifications.
